All woody herbaceous plant material (IE: trees, shrubs...) is warranted for 1 year from the date of installation.  In order for warranty to take effect there must be mulch, irrigation, and no sign of neglect.  Any of the for mentioned will waive and terminate the warranty.No work shall commence until a contract is signed by both parties.  Thank you Green Lyon lawn care and landscaping.
